Linear Feeders (Heavy Duty / Light Duty) reduce vibrations by
flat fiberglass and a balance weight held between the vibrator
& mounting base that absorb reaction force. They can be
installed in all sorts of environment. HA linear feeders are best suited for high-speed conveyance of
small & thin precision pharmaceutical, automobile, glass,
electronic & battery parts. Ha linear feeders are
available from light duty to heavy-duty type depending upon
the component size, thickness & material type.
In order to
set more feed rate from the bowls to an assembly machine; we
recommend linear feeders with replaceable guides for different
sizes of the components. This will again give you trouble free
feed rate.
